my computer has died. perished. bitten the dust. kaput. adios amigo.
and, who remembered to back it up? not me….
I have lost 3 years worth of kid pics. all my work. all my ideas. all my favorite blogs… all my pdfs.
I am trying to recover the hard drive , but so far no luck…
I did purchase a new computer today, with dual hard drives, so this ain’t gonna happen again….
Goodbye, for now… I’ll go back to my corner and continue to beat myself up….

Tomorrow is Yagel’s 3rd birthday… I can’t believe I have a 3 year old! AAACK! I am so proud of him. He is such a sweet generous and caring little boy. He has a heart of gold and a love of learning that is inspiring. I am so glad that he is surrounded by so many people who love him. Happy birthday, my angel…

My birthday is on Friday. I’m gonna be a whopping 35 years old. OMG. Ancient. Archaic. Old. Whatever. I don’t feel that old, and I certainly don’t act that old, so I guess it doesn’t really count, does it? 
On another front, my BFF’s little boy is too sweet! He has jaundice, so they have to wait with the Bris and the naming. He (ok, his mom) loves all the things I made for his room. Here’s the blanket…

My BFF’s daughter’s preschool just started a lending library. Each child was asked to bring in a book bag so that they could “check out” a book and take it home. I made Yeheli her bag.

I have been trying to come up with a new name for my company/shop… “li’l sis” came to mind, because Yagel’s baby sister was the start of all of this creativity, sewing and what-not… but sis in South African is “yuck”, so that went out the window… then I thought “my li’l sister” but that just seems too darned long…. now I’m thinking “my nooly”…
what do you think, oh single reader of mine? any suggestions? I’m dying to know where to go with this… it’s so hard… nooly has been my name for ages and ages….

I have been working on my e-shop for a while now. Really excited about selling my crafts online, blankets, cot-bumpers, pictures, etc…. Had a shop name all picked out. NOOLY. Even had a logo designed.
And today, I discover this. I know, it’s not spelled the same. But it’s basically the same name. I need a new name and pronto! OOF. OOF. OOF.
I thought NOOLY was so original… I thought wrong….
