i’m pretty proud of me…

i’m not bad at csewing from a tutorial. What i sew comes out not bad at all (if I say so myself)… but I’ve never sewn from a pattern from a pattern book, where the instructions are minimal…

I have been eyeing the shorts in the Ottobre SUmmer 08 catalog for a while now. I even chose the fabric in my head… Moda’s MOMO Wonderland… and finally, I got down to business…

if you dont look too closely.. its better…. lol…. i’m pretty chuffed with myself…. love the colours, the way they work together… yay!!!! yay me!!!! if I can, I will get the house model to put them on and I’ll take her pic….

question to all you pros…

a friend of mine asked me to share a table with her at a “Yard sale” where used and new items will be sold….

I have no idea how much inventory I need…. I know, the more the better, but how much is the minimum?

i want to sell owls, bags, crayon rolls, kid aprons and baby blankets….

but how many of each???

please, lurkers, any ideas?

 

OK… let me just add. this is what I was thinking….

15 owls, 10 pencil rolls (maybe 15?), 10 kid aprons, 10 kid bags, 5 blankets…

does that sound like enough? and thank you, lurker,,,, glad to know SOMEONE is reading….
