I have been so busy sewing and parenting and living, that I have once again neglected my blog.

So let’s start at the beginning… I am happy to say that the growth on my thyroid was infact, benign! The only way to be sure was to remove the thyroid, which is what we did. What a relief! I don’t understand how anyone goes through elective surgery…. what a harrowing ordeal…. so with that behind me, moving on!

I am in the process of getting a divorce. My husband has been cheating on me for at least the last 6 months (that I know 0f) and I have basically had enough. He moved out 3 months ago and we are all adjusting. The kids are doing as expected, some days better, some worse. We finally signed the divorce agreement on Thursday , and I walked out of the lawyer’s office feeling that it was the right decision. So, moving on!

We are going to the States on Sunday, for my cousin’s daughter’s bat mitzva and for Shavuot. I have been so busy making dresses for Ziv! Here they are… The Handmade Dress‘s Miss MAdeline.. by far my favourite pattern!

and I have to tell you, Samantha of The Handmade Dress… what a doll! When I needed her help she was so sweet and so unbelievably helpful!
