Mastitis. Yuck. That’s what I have. Little nursing baby wasn’t doing a good job… fever of 102… Mommies aren’t allowed to be sick. It throws off the balance of the universe… Startied takingantibiotics last night and am already feeling better, but still not great.

I received my apron today as well, all the way from Holland, from Ayala, who is super talented! The package arrived, an apron, a bundle of beautiful fabrics and a letter tied with a ribbon. I was so touched! Thank you Ayala for your hard work! I am so impressed!

… with sprinkles

Yagel loves to bake. He actually loves everything about the kitchen. What’s not to love? He gets to sit on the counter, help mix ingredients and afterwards lick the bowl!

With all that in mind, we decided to make cupcakes. The actual catalyst for the cupcakes was “The Very Hungry Caterpillar”. One of the foods he ate on Saturday was a cupcake, so we had to make cupcakes.

We made amazing choclate cupcakes with great chocolate frosting, and of course, sprinkles…

And the bowl was licked clean…

Here’s something… I’m part of an apron swap in an Israeli forum and I am dying to show the apron I made, but I need to wait until the recipient receives it so that its a surprise… I suppose I could show you the back…

A picture is worth a thousand words, so…. here are some flowers from my garden… Soon to be someone else’s… so hard to take in… I’ll miss it…
